Your Role

  • You will develop new flavours as part of innovation and customer projects
  • You are cooperating with the application and development departments in developing new successful flavours
  • Optimisation and development of flavours with the help of analysis and test results from the Flavour Analytics, Shelf-life Testing and Sensory & Consumer Science departments will be part of your tasks
  • You adapt existing flavour recipes to special technological requirements, regional market requirements or particular customer specifications
  • You coordinate the evaluation of flavour raw materials and flavours
  • You will be part of the international R&D Flavours group for the transfer of expertise and expert support of innovation roll-outs
  • You are expert support for the sales organisation and product management

 

Your Profile

  • You hold a university degree in chemistry or food technology or equivalent qualifications
  • You are training as a flavourist and have at least 5 years of successful experience as a flavourist
  • You have the ability to work in a team and with a high level of initiative
  • You have an analytical, results-oriented style of working
  • You have experience in the development of natural flavours, preferably specialization in flavours for beverage applications
  • You have excellent sensory and creative skills
  • You are fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
  • You are competent in using common MS Office programmes, preferably good SAP skills
  • You have good knowledge of food and flavour law
