Your Role

  • Proactively search and contact potential customers by phone
  • Outbound after sales care for existing customers via telephone and email
  • Receive and process customer orders,- projects, and -offers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and campaigns
  • Manage existing clients for continued growth
  • Assist in the setup of a new structure for the inside sales team in a pan-European environment
  • Create and develop sales processes and marketing activities
  • Create, execute and optimise processes
  • Promotion and development of market innovations and trends
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Your Profile

  • Hands-on, problem solving and result-driven personality
  • Enjoying telephone conversations with your customers to develop relations
  • Passion for sales and a keen sense for discovering new trends
  • Experienced in closing deals, efficient work style, and flexibility
  • Existing professional experience in inside sales or tele/online Marketing
  • Successfully completed degree in Economics or Food Technology
  • Preferably food & beverages application knowledge
  • Proactive work style, creativity, high energy and assertiveness
  • Experienced with digital sales processes and tools
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English
  • Confident in using MS Office and SAP
