The Maintenance and Reliability Technician plays a key role in ensuring equipment reliability by safely maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial systems while adhering to all GMP and food safety guidelines.

Your Profile: 

  • Perform scheduled PM’s
  • Implement proactive maintenance measures as needed
  • Maintain inspection and PM records using SAP
  • Quickly evaluate and repair equipment failures
  • Perform equipment rebuilds as needed
  • Initiate incentives to improve equipment reliability
  • Ensure efficient communications are provided to peers and managers
  • Support commissioning and plant modification measures as needed
  • Identify and source repair parts as needed
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
  •  Maintain positive work atmosphere

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Working knowledge of VFD’s
  • Ability to work safely with 120V and 480V systems
  • Working knowledge of 24vdc circuits and devices
  • Working knowledge of conveyor systems 
  • Working knowledge of pumps, valves, and piping systems
  • Ability to use basic shop and hand tools
  • Ability to replace chains, sprockets and bearings
  • Knowledge of building services and control technology
