Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for all manufacuring to ensure a continuous shift operation, while ensuring all production operations are complaint with the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensures the timely execution of the production schedule through effective labor management
• Champions continuous improvement of activies in production
• Performs administrative reporting for operation in SAP environment
• Manages bedgetary responsibilities for the department
• Manages safety, maintenance, quality, and sanitation programs for manufacturing lines
• Confirms production progress; rapidly respondes to delays and changes; implements corrective actions and preventative 
• Commits to team based problem solving within operations and capagble of fostering individual development across the team
• Develops team to include; training, coaching and ensures positive employee relations
• Ensures team understands roles and responsibilities as it relates to core accountabilities, including safety, quality, productivity and delivery

Your Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in each phase of produciton operation, including managing employees, process implementation and purchasing
• 1-3 years production and process improvement experience
• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage production or related processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal milk order and pasteurized milk ordinance
• Experience working with processing, bottling, and package equipment on related field
