Essential Functions

  • Ensure an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
  • Implement and ensure efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems and their documentation.
  • System go-to expert for various tools; ie We Lead, BEx Web, Celonis, and Tableau.
  • Analyze sales performance, margin management, and mix factors while ensuring data integrity
  • Upload sales results data in accordance with regulations and aligned to published P&L.
  • Provide Sales functions with necessarily reporting to make business decisions in conjunction with Finance.
  • Manage monthly reporting, analytics, uploads, and presentations and partner with the Sales Team to forecast and analyze volume, revenue, and margin.
  • Support the annual budget planning for the sales region and reviewing monthly for accuracy and opportunity for growth.
  • Provide consistent support for Sales functions with system utilization and support, analytics, and reporting.
  • Provide insight through proactive analytics on pricing benchmarking, market conditions, and profitability improvement plans.
  • Encourage procedural and organizational optimizations and implement the corresponding measures in consultation with the direct Manager.
  • Report on the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as collaborate on measures to counteract potential and actual deviations with the line manager.
  • Monitor, report, and drive Commercial KPI.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time in-office position with regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary on occasion depending on work load.

 

Please Note:

This is NOT a remote position, this role will be required to work on-site in our Downtown Chicago office.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical data generation and analysis experience
  • Strong system experience
  • Previous success working with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the food industry
  • Experience working for production/manufacturing company
