Warehouse Supervisor

Your Responsibilities: 

• Plan, oversee, and actively participate in all warehouse activities including receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure products move efficiently and accurately through the facility.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with GMP, EHS, and OSHA standards.
• Ensure all customer compliance requirements are met—including packaging, labeling, and shipping specifications.
• Investigate compliance violations and implement continuous improvement solutions.
• Maintain security standards throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee accurate inventory movements within WM/MM systems.
• Monitor reporting on goods movement, volumes, and costs to support operational decisions.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, WMS, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS World Ship, Excel, and Outlook to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise and set direction for Material Handlers, Shipping Clerks, and Receiving Clerks.
• Establish clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Lead cross-training initiatives and foster professional growth.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Associate’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of plant or general management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Food & beverage industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems and customer compliance requirements
