About the Role
Döhler Paris is looking for a Team Lead Sales to drive and develop its commercial activities on beverage market. This key role combines team leadership with direct responsibility for sales performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the French market
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
- Drive team performance (KPIs, revenue, margins)
- Identify growth opportunities and develop key accounts
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, R&D, supply chain)
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Management, or Food engineer
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales roles within the B2B food & beverage industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results and fostering a positive work environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
- Business fluent in French and English , additional languages (German) beneficial
