Your Role

As a Operator Sampling, you will be responsible for producing high-quality samples and compound mixtures in line with R&D and customer specifications, while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and produce samples according to recipes and specifications.

Process raw materials (weighing, scanning, preparation).

Perform quality checks (sensory, Brix, pH, acidity).

Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and safety standards.

Support inventory activities (material sourcing, stock counts).

Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.

Assist in complaint analysis and re-sampling.

Operate production equipment (e.g., pasteurization, filling, packaging).

Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Technical diploma or training in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.

Experience in food/beverage production or laboratory environment is a plus.

Basic knowledge of HACCP and quality standards.

Attention to detail and quality focus.

Ability to follow procedures and recipes.

Team player with good communication skills.

Proactive and hands-on approach.

Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs.
