Your Role:
Maintain strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth while being accountable for managing client projects and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Responsibility / Tasks
General Building Blocks
Apply the divisional strategy within the area of responsibility.
Integrating new employees into the workflow and team. Promote team spirit.
Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.
Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager.
Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Coordinating and implementing digitization projects in cooperation with the interfaces. Optimizing and mapping new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems.
Adhere to approved budget and initiate appropriate action on impending and identified variances in coordination with manager.
Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
Job Profile-specific Building Blocks
● Advising customers in their area of responsibility on product and production-related problems.
● Compiling production guidelines and mixing recommendations at the customer's request.
● Defining technical recommendations of action for the customer as a result of the analysis of customer problems in collaboration with the customer.
● Processing technical problems in the production of B2C products at the customer premises.
● Supporting selected customers with initial and sample filling processes in consultation with sales. e.g.
- Microbiological support
- Use and sale of our own culture media (DMD)
- Carrying out stage checks
- Simplification of processes
- Quality assurance
● Providing support in processing complaints concerning issues in B2C production in collaboration with Quality.
● Documentation of efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems, e.g.
- Maintenance & documentation of customer assignments in We Lead
- Care & Documentation Brand Name Key Word in the material database after initial filling
- Maintaining technology / customer database & technical customer information in CRM
● Preparing and holding internal & external technical training courses in collaboration with inside sales & CAM.
● Support in the Scale UP area in cooperation with production in the manufacturing plant as required.
● Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.
● Support Busines Unit Servive & Solution in the Co Packer & Bottling Network.
● Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager.
● Plan human, material and financial resources within the area of responsibility. Adhere to the approved budget and initiate appropriate measures in coordination with the manager in the event of imminent andidentified deviations. Ensure compliance with approved budgets
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or a related field.
Several years of experience in the food industry, ideally in a technical or sales-related role
