Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and unlock optimization potential across the end-to-end sales funnel and drive measurable improvements
  • Lead the digitalization and automation of sales processes, leveraging AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents to scale impact
  • Own the continuous evolution of our CRM landscape (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) in close partnership with SAP
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, global business partners, and cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Finance) to align and execute key initiatives
  • Drive the design and global rollout of SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions, enabling standardized, scalable service processes across the organization
  • Build and deliver impactful training concepts, tools, and frameworks to elevate sales capabilities
  • Bring in external best practices and continuously challenge and evolve how we operate in sales excellence and customer engagement


Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience: >3 years of experience in sales management, commercial excellence, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales Systems Expertise: Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Analytical/Process Skills: Strong ability to analyze and design processes. Analyse complex data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, with strong attention to detail
