Your Role

  • Market, Category and trend observation, including benchmarking (e.g. channels, customers, categories, competitors) as well as derivation of appropriate measures for the global customers
  • Conception, setup and constant development of account-based marketing concepts for our global key customers
  • Support & develop the account strategies in cooperation with sales, business units and market segments
  • Creation of customer-specific range and category analyses to identify hidden potentials as well as gaps within our customers’ assortments
  • Development of concrete product recommendations in cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Business Units and Application
  • Preparation and conducting of international customer meetings 
  • Creation and Merchandising of Marketing Materials for global customers
  • Planning and execution of digital account-based marketing campaigns on all channels in coordination with regional and local cross-functional teams worldwide
  • Measurement and evaluation of the performance of all digital account-based marketing campaigns (ROIs and KPIs)

 

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in general business administration, food economics, Media Management or a comparable study program with marketing relevance
  • minimum 3 - 5 years professional experience, ideally in a marketing position in FMCG or Ingredient Industry with focus on Food Applications
  • Good Ingredient & Product Application Know-How in the Food & Beverage Industry
  • Relevant professional experience in marketing campaign management (B2B or B2C)
  • Digital affinity with a broad knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS-Office applications
  • Teamwork, flexibility and pro-actively driving opportunities
  • Convincing and enthusiastic communication and presentation skills
  • Structured and responsible style of working
  • Result-driven, customer-focused, analytical and strategic way of thinking
