Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for performing instrumental analysis (gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, HPLC) as part of flavor development for raw materials, finished products, and customer samples

  • You provide advisory and support to the flavorists in the development of new flavors

  • You will manage and maintain analytical data and optimize this data for use in our digital systems and for the development of new digital tools

  • You contribute ideas for the innovative digitalization of the analytical workflow

  • You ensure optimal information exchange within the department and with all relevant interfaces

  • You are responsible for optimizing processes and organizational structures, as well as implementing corresponding measures in consultation with your direct supervisor

  • You implement internal and legal specifications and guidelines regarding hygiene, HACCP, food safety, operational safety, and environmental protection

 

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a comparable field of study
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • You are enthusiastic about working with data and IT systems
  • A high level of customer orientation and good time management are top priorities for you
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP
  • Your work language is English, German is a plus
