Your Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial & Service Excellence by identifying business challenges, leading process improvements, and enabling scalable solutions across functions, systems, and business processes
- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives, leveraging AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Drive the design and global rollout of SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions, enabling scalable and standardized service processes across functions
- Lead transformation initiatives from business requirements and IT briefing through testing, rollout, training, and adoption
- Own the continuous evolution of our CRM landscape (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) in close partnership with SAP
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic initiatives
- Build and deliver impactful training concepts, tools, and frameworks to elevate sales and service capabilities and ensure sustainable adoption of new solutions
- Bring external best practices and continuously challenge the status quo to advance customer engagement and operational excellence
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience: >3 years of experience in project management, process excellence, CRM, digital transformation, or a comparable business role
- CRM & Digital Expertise: Experience with CRM platforms (preferably SAP Sales & Service Cloud), digital business applications, and data-driven decision-making
- Process Excellence: Ability to analyze business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Project Management: Experience leading initiatives from concept through implementation, testing, rollout, training, and user adoption
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
- Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented with a passion for AI, automation, innovation, and continuous improvement
