Your Role

  • You will take over group-wide controlling responsibility for all topics in the area of OTC (Order to cash) management and quality management
  • As a Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of Group Quality and advise the plants worldwide on all strategic and business management issues
  • The further development and implementation of a key figure based, holistic control concept for the quality area also falls within your area of responsibility
  • You lead digitization projects with a focus on developing front-end strategy (dashboards) and global process optimization and standardization
  • You are actively involved in the operational controlling for the Darmstadt plant and also optimize the KPI-based plant control
  • You plan and define projects to increase efficiency at the Darmstadt plant together with the plant manager and the management team and implement them together with your colleagues

Your Profile

  • You have (first) experience in controlling of an industrial company
  • You can look back on a successfully completed degree in business administration in the fields of controlling, accounting or comparable
  • With SAP and the usual IT tools, you work routinely and securely
  • Analytical thinking and a quick grasp are part of your core competencies
  • Solution- and goal-oriented work is the prerequisite for you to be able to act successfully
  • Very good team and communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality characterize you
  • Your working languages are German and English
