  • Design and implement AI services on SAP BTP, including GenAI- and LLM-based assistants for contextual co-pilots, knowledge support, and automated document processing, integrated into SAP applications via APIs, events, and extensions
  • Develop, maintain, and secure APIs and lightweight applications to expose ML models to SAP workflows, collaborating with SAP development and architecture teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and robust AI integration
  • Design, implement, and maintain reproducible data and ML pipelines on SAP BTP and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, quality checks, versioning, logging, and traceability across SAP and AI components
  • Monitor model performance in production SAP workflows, driving continuous improvement, retraining, and the adoption of innovative AI/ML methods for use cases like forecasting, predictive quality, automation, and co-pilot assistants
  • Support SAP transformation initiatives and innovation programs by enabling AI literacy, coaching key users and developers, and promoting effective use and interpretation of AI solutions within SAP environments

Your Profile

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar; interest in enterprise applications and SAP ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Strong skills in Python, data/ML libraries, and applied ML; experience with LLMs / foundation models and GenAI is an advantage
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably SAP BTP (e.g. SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, HANA Cloud, CAP) and Azure; understanding of basic MLOps concepts and CI/CD for ML services
  • Ability to translate SAP business requirements into ML solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and SAP experts
  • Curious, collaborative, structured, and comfortable working in international, interdisciplinary teams spanning IT, Data & Analytics, and business functions
