Job Description
Your Role
- Lead and deliver industrial automation post-merger integration projects
- End-to-end execution and technical support of global automation projects in close collaboration with functions such as Project Engineering, Technology Development, IT and Production
- Support factories globally in all aspects of Industrial Automation
- Responsibility for developing and implementing global standards for industrial automation
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, automation Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
- Demonstrated intercultural awareness and experience working in international environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-on approach to developing and implementing effective solutions
- Passion for emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation in industrial environments
