Your Role

As part of our Group Engineering team, you strategically develop and implement Engineering standards and solutions at our production sites worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Therefore, you collect and analyze existing Engineering processes and best practices of the Döhler plants within your regional cluster
• Based on this, you create and globally realize Engineering standards for the Döhler Group
• In your projects, you work closely with the regional Engineering teams as well as the supply chain and IT departments
• You continuously support and improve the implemented solutions at the regional production sites

 
Your Profile

• You have a degree in engineering, ideally mechanical engineering, food technology, process engineering or similar
• You have gained experience in leading Engineering projects in an international manufacturing environment 
• You combine a technical understanding with your problem-solving, implementation-oriented mindset
• Working with people and inspiring them is your passion
• You enjoy working in different cultural environments and are willing to travel internationally
• Very good English skills complete your profile
