• Lead the Enterprise Reporting & Decision Enablement function with strategic and operational ownership 
• Drive the company-wide reporting and analytics strategy 
• Ensure consistent reporting, KPI frameworks, and decision support across all business domains 
• Own SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and the reporting landscape 
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of reporting solutions 
• Harmonize reporting standards and KPI definitions across the organization 
• Translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics solutions 
• Enable data-driven decision-making and support AI and automation initiatives 
• Lead and develop reporting and analytics teams 
• Manage external partners and collaborate closely with Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Platform teams

Your Profile 
 

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification 
• Several years of leadership experience in BI, Analytics, or Reporting 
• Deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud 
• Strong understanding of KPI management and business performance measurement 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Experience in global matrix organizations 
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable way
