Your Role 

  • Part of the job entails supporting the development of new products in the sugar, chocolate, and baked goods sectors focusing on fruit preparation. 
  • Working with a variety of raw materials to innovate products is a key aspect of the role. 
  • Take full ownership of hands-on work in the lab, including cooking of fruit preparations, flavour & colour trials, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, as well as organizing the sourcing of raw materials 
  • Your workday will be diverse, involving time in the laboratory, pilot plant, and meetings with colleagues. 
  • Conduct laboratory-scale tests on fruit preparation recipe developed by your developing team colleagues. 
  • Assist in scaling up processes in our pilot plants at the technical center.  

 

Your Profile 

  • Completed training as a confectioner, confectionery technologist, chef, baker, or similar. 
  • Relevant experience in food product development is preferred. 
  • Demonstrate awareness of quality, hygiene, and manual skills as a specialist in your field. 
  • Valued by colleagues for your positive, innovative, and results-oriented approach. 
  • Work independently and meticulously on tasks, collaborating with product developers. 
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Fluent in German and English.
