Your Responsibilities
- You are a proactive business partner for the management, executives as well as HR business partners on the topic of global HR controlling
- You develop HR controlling (concept, content, architecture, systems, processes) with passion and ownership
- You want to bring HR reporting to a new level of digitalization and create ad hoc analyses, statistics and key figures in SAP as needed
- You conceive and develop the topic of HR Analytics together with Finance and other HR Centers of Excellence
- You regularly analyze personnel costs with regard to control options, structure and optimization potentials
- You are responsible for managing the global headcount and personnel cost planning within the annual budget process
- Among other things, you will support the annual target agreement and remuneration processes as well as the analysis of remuneration development
- You will support the further development and implementation of target group-specific performance-oriented compensation models
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your business studies
- You have several years of professional experience in the area of HR controlling, preferably in a global context
- You have a technical affinity and ideally a profound knowledge of SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
- You keep data flowing, even between different systems. Linking HR and financial data is an exciting challenge for you
- You are characterized by a strong analytical mindset and fast comprehension skills
- A result-oriented and structured way of working is a matter of course for you
- You are proactive, show the will to shape things and are a communication talent
- You are a winning personality and have an engaging manner
- Your working languages are German and English
