Your role
- You are a strategic growth leader and business partner for a defined market segment and corresponding B2C applications
- You are accountable for direction, developement and commercial performance of your area of responsibility
- You combine strategic foresight, commercial excellence and crossfunctional leadership
- You reinforce Döhler's position as a reliable partner through market intelligence, customer insight and digital enablement
- You steer internal global and regional stakeholder alignment
- You enable Sales by providing Know How transfer
Your profile
- You have experience in Category or Product Management in the B2B ingredients industry (from Market analysis, product portfolio development to product launches ,Go-to-Market strategy, sales support & enablement), ideally in the Lifescience & Nutrition Market
- You have B2B and B2C Know How in Food or Nutraceuticals
- Your previously worked in an international environment, in particular Europe & North America
- Successfull experience in B2B sales or on product science and nutrition would be a Plus
- You are a great teamworker and can lead without formal authority
- You speak english fluently. German is a Plus
