Your Role

  • Lead and manage global business excellence initiatives with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation
  • Analyze end-to-end processes, identify improvement potential, and drive automation and efficiency using modern process-mining tools
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing expert guidance and contributing to departmental development
  • Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including the implementation and optimization of relevant tools
  • Steer cross-functional project teams, define priorities, and ensure sustainable execution of improvement measures
  • Develop and implement best-practice models based on strong data analysis and system expertise
  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Design and roll out training and change-management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders

 

Your Profile

  • Several years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design, and implementation within operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
  • Proven ability to identify optimization potential in end-to-end processes and translate insights into measurable improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid technical understanding
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (particularly Source-to-Pay), as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident application of process-mining tools in a business context
  • Demonstrated project management experience in implementing global processes, standards, and transformation initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English
