Key responsibilities: 

• In your role as Quality Manager with focus on process quality excellence you are responsible for further development, deployment and maintenance of Quality and Food Safety Management System in Döhler Group
• You define performance indicators and monitor adherence of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with established quality and food safety standards
• You analyze processes and procedures focused on their effectiveness & efficiency to identify areas for improvement and initiate those with cross-functional teams
• You provide guidance and actively support Quality related projects to enhance harmonized approach across the Quality organization

Key requirements:

• Next to degree in food technology, nutritional science, biotechnology, agriculture or similar you also have profound IT & Infrastructure knowledge
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in the quality environment, in particular with Quality or Food Safety standards (e.g. ISO 9001; FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC or similar)
• You enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes as well as implementing appropriate measures based on continuous improvement principles
• Your independent, structured and pragmatic way of work characterize you. Thanks to your specialist knowledge and empathy you are confident and have a certain level of assertiveness.
• You enjoy collaboration across functions and aim to see the big picture and connect the dots
• Working with MS Office and SAP is part of your daily work; ideally you have experience with data mining tools (like Celonis) and project management tools (like Jira)
• Your working language is English
