Your Role

  • You are responsible for the conceptual and content development of the topic strategy, organization, processes, steering and people management
  • As a project manager, you will steer and advise the functional project teams and derivations and will be responsible for prioritising the necessary measures
  • You support the development of a worldwide network with all relevant stakeholders and active interface management, especially with regard to global business structures
  • You specialize in one of the core areas of Group Management or Supply Chain and become a point of contact there
  • You succeed in generating key knowledge by systematically evaluating data and ensuring a targeted transfer
  • You are responsible for the planning and implementation of workshops and OE projects
  • You document the improvement processes you have initiated and develop them further


Your Profile

  • You have a pronounced creative will as well as a high level of consulting and implementation competence
  • You act result-oriented and entrepreneurial 
  • You have several years of experience in consulting with a focus on process optimization and organizational development, ideally in an industrial company
  • You have sound knowledge of common project management and OE instruments, in the areas of Lean Management and Six Sigma or similar
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable
  • You have very good German and English language skills
