Your Role

  • Owning and continuously improving the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from Requisition to Payment, including process controls, documentation, and KPI management
  • Leading P2P-related projects such as SAP enhancements and rollouts, workflow and automation initiatives, e-invoicing implementations, and reporting improvements
  • Managing project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
  • Gathering and structuring business requirements, facilitating workshops, and aligning business functions, shared services, and IT teams on priorities and solution approaches
  • Taking a highly hands-on approach in analyzing operational challenges such as blocked invoices, GR/IR aging, master data inconsistencies, and workflow gaps
  • Translating operational findings into clear and actionable solution proposals, including process improvements, SAP enhancements, automation opportunities, and training measures
  • Supporting solution design, testing activities (UAT and regression testing), cutover planning, hypercare phases, and user adoption
  • Driving transparency through governance structures, status reporting, and benefits tracking

 

 

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in P2P process management and/or SAP-enabled transformation projects within Finance and Procurement environments
  • Strong SAP expertise in FI-AP and MM, including Purchasing, GR/IR, and Invoice Verification, with a solid understanding of FI/MM integration
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with IT delivery teams (functional and technical) as well as external service providers and vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner
  • Hands-on, structured, and proactive working style with a strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working in international and matrix-driven environments
  • Experience with e-invoicing, OCR solutions, workflow tools, and Power BI
  • Ideally, you also bring certifications or methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma to further strengthen project delivery and process excellence
