The Role

• Development of innovative dry beverage mixes and dietary supplements - including powder formulations, effervescent tablets, and instant drinks - that align with market trends and consumer needs.
• Independent development of new recipes and optimization of existing formulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and functionality. 
• Conducting application tests, pilot trials, and sensory evaluations to enhance product performance and stability.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, production, sales, and quality assurance.
• Project management from the concept phase to market launch, including ingredient selection, product development, process optimization, and scaling.
• Collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions and independently conducting client workshops.
• Continuous professional development regarding the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the food and beverage industry.  

The Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Initial experience in product development - ideally in dry beverages or dietary supplements - is an advantage. 
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing new products.
• Positive and open personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to undertake short business trips.
• Experience with sensory evaluations and product testing is desirable.
• Fluent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
