Your Role

  • Lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept to global rollout
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and translate them into scalable digital solutions
  • Prototype, test, validate, and industrialize innovative solutions across our global production network
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions, define pilot initiatives, and build strong business cases to support investment decisions
  • Leverage modern AI-supported development approaches to accelerate innovation, validate ideas quickly, and bring successful concepts into operation
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project execution
  • Drive change and adoption by effectively communicating project goals, progress, and results to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations and production realities
  • Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidly develop and implement solutions
  • Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges
  • Strong ownership mindset with the drive to take initiative and make things happen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions and organizational levels
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
