This position is a temporary parental leave replacement.
 

Your Role

  • You interact as an interface between Group Quality, our sites and other involved departments
  • You provide support in quality-related issues as well as in the improvement and standardization of quality-related processes.
  • You are responsible for coordinating projects for systematic root cause analysis and for expanding and managing the central complaints database
  • In this context, you support innovations for the digitalization of the quality process in an advisory capacity
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of system and quality-related training courses and seminars
  • You define and initiate measures by proactively monitoring our quality indicators
  • You carry out risk analyses and coordinate crisis management in your area of responsibility.

 
Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree, ideally in food technology or comparable, and have professional experience as a quality manager in a manufacturing industrial company
  • You enjoy improving, setting up and implementing quality processes - this is exactly your passion
  • Your passion for key figures underlines your strong analytical skills, which you use to clearly depict complex relationships and make them tangible
  • Your strong process and production knowledge helps you to act as an interface between departments
  • You know how to assert yourself professionally, even in difficult situations, and you bring a creative drive, strong communication skills and empathy to the table
  • The use of MS Office and SAP is part of your daily work
  • Your working languages are English and German
  • We expect you to be willing to travel and to have a class B driver's license
