Your role:

  • You will ensure that our remuneration packages remain competitive and attractive to top talent
  • You will work closely with the HR department and management to implement and further develop our performance-based compensation model in Germany 
  • You are responsible for our benefits program for Germany            
  • You manage compensation development and implement guidelines for budget, planning and forecasting processes in close coordination with management
  • You design our global digital HR processes and tools with a focus on compensation & benefits
  • You develop and deliver training programs for the HR department and management on compensation and benefits
  • You work closely with the works council and are involved in the creation of company agreements

 

Your profile:

  • Modern compensation solutions are your topic and you are fascinated by the possibilities of digitalization in the field of human resources
  • You like the stretch between strategic design and operational responsibility
  • With your business background and initial sound experience, you have excellent prerequisites for the next step in your career
  • You define performance through value contribution; ideally, you have already successfully implemented this approach in remuneration structures
  • You are adept at working with digital HR systems and Excel as part of your daily work
  • Your working languages are German and English
  • Communication is your strength and working constructively with people is your daily motivation
