Your Role

• In daily operations, you will support the accounts payable team
• You will handle the digital recording, posting, and archiving of incoming invoices
• If necessary, you will also manage collections and reminders
• You will assist in managing master data.
• Additionally, you will independently carry out balance confirmations

Your Profile

• You are currently studying a business-related degree, such as Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in accounting, with a focus on financial accounting or accounts payable
• You are very familiar with SAP and the common MS Office applications
• You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• You enjoy working independently, in a team and with a service-oriented mindset
• Your working languages are German and English
