Your Role

• You assist in first-level support – both at the service desk and via the ticketing system
• Your tasks include analyzing and resolving incidents and error messages
• You are responsible for installing and setting up IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones
• You take care of the technical setup of conference rooms for meetings and events
• You create and maintain documentation, guides, and workarounds

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program
• You have strong technical understanding and a high level of service and customer orientation
• You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You enjoy working independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• You have very good German and English language skills
