Your Role

• You provide support in 1st level support, both at the service desk and through the ticket system

• Your tasks include analyzing and resolving errors

• You handle the installation and setup of IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones

• You are responsible for the technical setup of conference rooms for meetings and events

• You document instructions and workarounds

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program

• You have a good technical understanding and a strong service and customer orientation

• You have strong communication and teamwork skills

• You enjoy working independently, accurately, and diligently

• You are proficient in both German and English
