Your Role
•    Drive the product development activities along the different LtO-stages in close collaboration with Sales.
•    Being "technical" integral part of the opportunity team for all customer projects (LtO), thereby responsible for project management and project controlling as well as checking product requests for technical feasibility.
•    Identifying gaps in the product range, establishing and constantly updating the product sub-range in collaboration with Application and BU's. Delivering suitable product solutions in line with the given requirements into the LtO / for our customers.
•    Depending on technical and conventional requests, potential / strategic aspects and existing portfolio (AZURE) the following possibilities for execution (project types) are given: Assortment, Application, Development, Technical Development
•    Responsible for B2Cs life cycle & continuos portfolio/assortment update.

Your Profile
•    University degree preferably in food science, chemistry, or a relevant discipline. 
•    5-8 years of experience in Technical Sales or Research and Development (R&D) in the food & beverage or related industry.
•    Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. 
•    Fluent in English. 
•    Highly experienced technical expertise with commercial drive.
•    Strong customer orientation, solution-driven.
•    Dynamic and energetic business attitude.
•    Computer proficient & SAP.
•    Team player with strong customer focus
•    Problem solving/Analytical thinking 
•    Project management & business acumen
•    Able to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunities.
