Roles and responsbilities:

 

  • Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary.
  • Ensuring that complaints are processed in accordance with the requirements.
  • Marketing the local range in compliance with the defined price bands and continuously developing the range with the TPM. The Pricing Desk/Pricing & Trading Desk Juice guidelines must be considered for sales from other ranges. The current market and customer conditions must always be considered.
  • Conducting annual planning for the sales region and the respective top customers. Adapting forecasts for top customers.
  • Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives.
  • Providing consistent support for all local customers and identifying and developing top customers in the area of responsibility with more intense relationship management.
  • Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.
  • Encouraging procedural and organizational optimization and implementing the corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in food manufacturing - B2B
