Responsibilities: 

• Executing lab trails in accordance with the specified recipe and creating product sample
• Maintaining product-specific substance data in SAP
• Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility
• Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager
• Providing support in the development of new recipes for customer and innovation projects, the development of matching products and the further development of existing recipes
• Taste developed products and organize tasting with project team
• Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems
• Ensuring Maintaining and cleaning the laboratory auxiliaries and analysis devices used
• Ensuring raw material stocks in the laboratory in consultation with the line manager
• Providing support in the preparation and execution of customer workshops
• Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Food Processing, Biotechnology, or a relevant major.
• 1-3 Years of Experience.
• Fluent in English language.
• Details-oriented and understanding of Lab tasks.
• Passion about Food & Beverage (Preparing, Tasting and Recipe development) is a must.
