Responsibilities
• Coordination with local Planning, Logistics & CS• Monitor stock MTO w/o Sales order, reporting list of items to Group demand planning
• Monitor Order rejections/ cancellations + changes
• Monitor performance of process orders on time and delays
• Intercompany order management and requests
• Shortage Management & allocations to customers
• Coordination and Communication about service / SC Issues
• Daily open order monitoring
• Order confirmation performance
• Requested delivery date v/s committed date management.
• Giving Full report on Root Causes and initiating improvement actions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Supply Chain or a relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of Experience within Supply Chain (Customer Service, Order management, Sales support).
• Preferably manufacturing background• Excellent in English language.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
