Key Responsibilities:
General Building Blocks
Integrating new employees into the workflow and team.
Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.
Initiating improvements.
Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
Job Profile-specific Building Blocks
Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute employer branding activities aligned with company values
- Organize events and engage employees in advocacy programs to enhance employer reputation
Talent Sourcing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates, including networking and referrals
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as Talent Acquisition, preferably Manufacturing background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English.
