Under the umbrella of Döhler Digital Solutions (DDS), our global IT team works closely with our business units on digital solutions from our main locations in Darmstadt (Germany), Pune (India), and Istanbul (Turkey).  

Your Role 

• Lead the Enterprise Data Architecture & Semantics function with strategic and operational ownership 
• Define and evolve the Enterprise Data Architecture, Corporate Data Model, and domain information structures 
• Drive data harmonization, semantic standards, and consistency across business domains 
• Own the Enterprise Semantic Layer and ensure alignment between business concepts, reporting, and AI initiatives 
• Own Data Catalog and Metadata Management capabilities, including standards, governance, and business adoption 
• Develop the Enterprise Domain Map and strengthen ownership and accountability structures 
• Define architecture principles for SAP and Databricks platforms and ensure alignment with enterprise information models 
• Enable Data Governance, AI readiness, and future knowledge-driven solutions through robust information architecture 
• Lead Data Architecture and Semantic Management capabilities 
• Manage external partners and collaborate closely with Data Governance, Platform Engineering, and Reporting teams 

Your Profile 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification 
• Strong background in Enterprise Data Architecture and Information Architecture 
• Experience with SAP ecosystems, especially BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and MDG 
• Experience with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms 
• Sound knowledge of Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Semantic Modeling 
• Ability to bridge business and technology domains effectively 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
