Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
• Configure, manage, and optimize Adobe Marketo campaigns and workflows to support
scalable, personalized customer journeys.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to align automation processes with lead generation,
nurturing, and conversion goals.
• Continuously improve automation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
2. Data Management & Governance
• Oversee the integration of Adobe Marketo with SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud) and other
digital tools to create unified, reliable customer data flows.
• Monitor and enhance data quality, structure, and accessibility for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into customer journeys
and marketing effectiveness.
• Analyze customer segments, cohorts, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Customer Experience & Insights
• Translate customer data and analytics into actionable insights that improve customer
journeys, personalization, and engagement.
• Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across touchpoints to ensure a seamless,
consistent experience.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as leads.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the key link between marketing, IT, sales, and business stakeholders, ensuring
aligned priorities and smooth project execution.
• Partner with external vendors or consultants when required, managing integrations and
technology rollouts.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status,
risks, and opportunities.

5. Training & Enablement
• Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and workshops to equip marketing and
sales teams with best practices in automation and data-driven working.
• Promote a culture of knowledge-sharing, helping teams adopt new tools and processes
effectively.
6. Strategy & Continuous Improvement
• Drive innovation by exploring new digital trends, AI, and automation technologies to
enhance marketing and customer experience strategies.
• Continuously refine workflows, integrations, and reporting frameworks to maximize
efficiency and impact.
Your Profile :
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
• Strong skills in data management, CRM integrations, and analytics.
• Solid knowledge of digital project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluent English proficiency.
