Take on IT responsibility for our global compensation, payroll, and time management processes and actively shape the further development of our international HR system landscape. Benefit from our strategic partnership with SAP and drive innovative, future-oriented HR solutions as well as the digitalization of global HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the continuous development and optimization of our HR IT system landscape
- Leading and implementing global HR IT projects with a focus on compensation- and payroll-related topics such as H4S4 upgrades, international rollouts, Pay Slip Box, annual compensation cycles, and global time management
- Proactively monitoring technological innovations and new HR IT tools while contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Managing and implementing HR IT projects in close collaboration with the HR department
- Ensuring seamless integration of HR systems and supporting interface and authorization-related topics
- Advising various HR teams on technical solutions and optimization opportunities within the HR process landscape
- Supporting key users and end users with functional and technical questions in day-to-day operations
- Analyzing business requirements and developing sustainable, future-oriented solution concepts
- Contributing to international rollouts, transformation initiatives, and digitalization projects within the HR environment
Your Profile
- Several years of practical experience in the SAP HR environment, ideally as an Inhouse Consultant or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM
- Experience in at least one relevant module such as Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management, or PMGM
- Understanding of modern HR processes as well as a strong interest in digital HR trends and innovations
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with strong communication and consulting skills when working with various stakeholders
- Experience in leading global HR IT projects
- Confident handling of SAP applications and common Microsoft Office tools
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in international projects or HR transformation initiatives is considered an advantage
