Main responsabilities:

• Developing new recipes of alcoholics beverages (developed recipes, basic recipes, customer recipes) and applying existing raw materials.
• Optimally timed and qualitative processing of customer projects (BTO) by adjusting existing products and recipes as well as developing new recipes of alcoholics beverages (developed recipes, basic recipes, customer recipes) and applying existing raw materials.
• Coordinate and work together with TPM and/or TCSA Manager regarding customer and application projects.
• Cost minimizing in the application and customer projects.
• Maintain product-specific master data in the EDP system in coordination with / handing over to Data Management

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and formulation, particularly in the beverage sector.
• Beverage Formulation: Experience in developing and optimizing beverage products using various ingredients such as flavors, sweeteners, and nutritional additives.
• Ingredient Application: Ability to apply functional ingredients (e.g., proteins, natural extracts) to achieve desired taste, texture, stability, and nutritional profile.
• Pilot Plant & Lab Work: Skilled in conducting lab trials, pilot-scale testing, and sensory evaluations to ensure product performance.
• Process Development: Understanding of beverage processing methods (pasteurization, homogenization, UHT, etc.)
