We are currently looking for a candidate to join the team at Döhler Polska Sp. z o.o. as:

Account Manager (male/female)

FOOD/BEVERAGE area, region: the Baltic States

Work location: Kozietuły Nowe, Mogielnica municipality

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing sales of Döhler products and solutions in the FOOD/BEVERAGE area across the Baltic States.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Actively acquiring new customers and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Preparing and implementing sales plans in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Taking responsibility for achieving sales and margin targets in the assigned region.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations and preparing offers and presentations for customers.
  • Analysing customer needs and matching them with appropriate products, solutions and services.
  • Cooperating with the R&D, Application Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance teams.
  • Coordinating the implementation of new products and solutions at customer sites.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors’ activities and changes in the food industry.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, reports and analyses relating to the market and customers.
  • Participating in trade fairs, conferences, industry meetings and customer events.
  • Representing Döhler as a professional and reliable business partner.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, preferably in the food or food ingredients industry.
  • Experience working with customers in international markets; this will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the specific characteristics of the Baltic States market: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
  • A university degree, preferably in food technology, commerce, economics, management or a related field.
  • The ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in conducting commercial negotiations and preparing offers.
  • A strong focus on achieving business objectives and excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently, plan activities and manage priorities.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication across the Döhler Group — a mandatory requirement.
  • Willingness to travel on business within the Baltic region.
