Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, supporting various functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently while helping to shape a thriving organizational culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the company.
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing reports, and assisting with performance management initiatives.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and other employee benefits.
- Contribute to HR sourcing strategies and workforce management planning through data collection and analysis using tools like Excel data analysis or HRIS systems -SAP SuccessFactors.
- Help ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR legal standards by maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory reporting.
- Facilitate communication within the HR department and across teams to promote transparency and a positive work environment.
Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Prior experience in an HR department or related personnel administration role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), and ATS platforms such as Kenexa BrassRing or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Familiarity with training & development programs, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and performance management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles while maintaining attention to detail.
