Your Role

• Drive global SAP HCM Payroll initiatives, including technical upgrades and transformation projects from HCM to ECP and H4S4.
• Ensure seamless payroll operations across multiple countries while collaborating with internal teams and external payroll providers.
• Lead and coordinate global payroll implementations, integrations, and enhancements in alignment with organizational standards and templates.
• Manage and support payroll integrations, including EC to ECP Point-to-Point Replication and EC to HCM/H4S4 BIB integrations.
• Configure and optimize payroll calculations, schemas, and rules to meet business and statutory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders across regions to deliver reliable payroll solutions, ensuring timely execution during critical payroll cycles.
• Provide expertise in SuccessFactors Time Management and its integration with payroll processes.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with strong expertise in payroll configuration, schemas, and payroll rule development.Hands-on experience with SAP payroll transformation projects, including migrations to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and H4S4.
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Point-to-Point Replication and BIB Integration frameworks.
• Experience working with global payroll landscapes and coordinating with third-party payroll providers.
• Knowledge of German Payroll is highly desirable; exposure to Poland Payroll is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Time Management and related payroll processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to oversee global payroll initiatives.
• Flexible to support critical payroll activities outside standard working hours, including occasional weekends when required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
