Candidates should be certified in 1 or more modules. In the absence of certification, a minimum of 2 implementation experiences is required. Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SF.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must have a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation & 1 rollout/support experience in SuccessFactors.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes is essential.
• Client-facing role experience is a must.
• Professional Attributes: positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
• SAP SF certification is preferred.
