Job Description
Perform TTB registration for articles developed by all Döhler sites globally
Support German-based RPD team by pre-screening customer requests (Service Cloud preview)
Ensure article information is updated in substance database when changes are made to recipes
Update product specifications
Support completion of customer questionnaires
Build strong working relationships with German-based RPD team
Qualifications
Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
Industry experience: 2+ year in food documentation topics, including TTB registrations (must-have)
Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative
