About Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer specializing in WordPress and TYPO3 to design, develop, maintain, and optimize modern websites. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with creativity and a user-focused mindset to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
The role includes frontend and backend development, CMS customization, website maintenance, performance optimization, and collaboration with designers, content editors, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
•    Development of user-friendly, responsive websites—both frontend and backend—using TYPO3 and WordPress
•    Technical development of existing websites
•    Technical implementation of designs in collaboration with the design and project teams
•    Maintenance, updates, and optimization of existing websites, including continuous security updates 
•    Content and technical management of websites
•    Website optimization regarding performance and user-friendliness, as well as ensuring cross-browser compatibility
•    Integration of AI-driven features—e.g., for chatbots, content personalization, or automated optimizations

Qualification:
•    Degree or qualification in Web development, Computer Science, Media informatics or equivalent practical experience
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in web development with Typo3,  WordPress and responsive web design
•    Excellent knowledge of web technologies and tools: PHP, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Bootstrap, GitHub/GitLab
•    Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
•    Structured and organized working style
•    Good communication skills with fluent English proficiency and team-oriented mindset
•    A keen sense for design and usability, ability to work independently, and aptitude for problem-solving
