Your Tasks

Flavor portfolio management:

• Set up and manage the sensory panel with the available resources: organize and monitor of the sessions, create product samples according to specified recipes, actively participate in tastings
• Statistic analysis of the results
• Analyze good potential fits to improve current portfolio
• Manage portfolio: Analyse portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and indentify gaps

Flavors Application :

• Conduct laboratory-scale tests in customer matrix on flavors
• Support the development of new dairy, ice creams, bakery and beverages products
• Preparation and update of projects documentation

Your Skills

• Pro-active with an entrepreneurial spirit 
• Responsible and with excellent organization skill 
• You stand out for your communication and teamwork skills 
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of the flavor industry and statistics would be a plus
• Fluent French and English skills, German is a plus
• IT knowledge for MS Office and interest to work with diverse IT-systems
• Open to work in an international team and open to occasional travels
