1）Establish preventive/predictive maintenance program (including failure analysis), optimizing the maintenance system based on the timely assessment the data to ensure processing running continually and stably.
  制定设备预防性/预见性维护计划，通过定期评估、数据分析并优化维修体系，保证生产线稳定运行；
2）Efficiently utilize internal and external resources, drive continuous improvement on processing equipment to make processing lines meet higher efficiency, quality and EHS standard.
  高效利用内部外资源，持续改进生产工艺设备，使生产线符合更高的效率、质量和安全环境标准；
3）Set up and update maintenance SOP, instruct/ supervise maintenance activities to comply with EHS and local regulatory
  建立和更新设备维修标准操作程序，指导/监督维修活动,确保符合安全环境和当地法规的要求；
4)   Lead or participate processing system expansion and modification project, provide professional technical support on project design, installation, commissioning and validation stages.
  领导或参与生产工艺系统扩建、改造工程，为项目设计、安装、调试和验证提供专业技术支持；
5) Manage contractor on site service to make sure all contractor on site activities comply with EHS standard and local regulatory.
管理承包商现场服务，确保承包商在现场的所有工作符合安全健康环境标准和当地法规要求；
6）Develop maintenance team and individual competency through technical training, coaching and feedback.
  通过技术培训、辅导和反馈提高维修团队和个人的工作能力；
7）Responsible for plant energy control, energy analysis and take actions to achieve the energy saving target.
负责工厂能源控制和分析，并采取行动达成能源节约目标；
8）Make out annual maintenance budget and manage it under control.
   制定年度维保预算并受控；
9）Implement other duties assigned by line manager.
