Shiftlead Production

1) Oversee the effective implementation of safety, health, and environmental requirements within the production team, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the company’s standards and policies;
2) Ensure that the production team strictly adheres to the requirements of the quality management system and product standards, and continuously improves product quality through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
3) Ensure the achievement of production plans;
4) Ensure that KPIs are met;
5) Maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel through continuous improvement of processes and equipment to meet production demands and reduce costs;
6) Ensure the commissioning and validation of new products, new processes, and new equipment on-site to meet business requirements;
