Teamlead Quality Control

Education and Major:
    Associate degree or higher in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, Food Nutrition and Testing, Bioengineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Work Experience and Skills:
1. 3–5 years of experience as a Quality/Quality Control Supervisor or in a higher-level position in the food industry; experience in the solid beverage sector is preferred;
2. Familiarity with food-related laws and regulations, including the Food Safety Law, GB 14881, GB 2760, and GB 7718;
3. Proficient in HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other relevant system documentation with the ability to apply them flexibly; certification as an internal auditor is preferred;
4. Proficient in the Seven QC Tools and familiar with the entire process from raw material and ingredient acceptance to in-process inspection and finished product release;
5. Knowledge of physical, chemical, and microbiological testing;
6. Responsible and principled; capable of independent problem-solving and possessing strong communication skills;
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
